Who We Are
RD Auto Light System, based in China, operates https://www.rdautolight.com.
For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact sale@rdautolight.com.
Information You Provide
When you contact us through our website form, email, WhatsApp or WeChat, we receive the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company details, product references, quantities, delivery country, messages and product photos.
Therefore, please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, identify requested products, prepare quotations and communicate about related business requirements.
Contact Forms and Communication Services
Our website uses Contact Form 7 to send contact-form submissions to our sales email address. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services.
WhatsApp and WeChat are separate services with their own privacy policies. When you contact us through either service, that provider also processes your communications.
Website Hosting and Logs
Our website is hosted on DreamHost servers in the United States. As a result, our hosting provider processes information you submit through our website outside China.
DreamHost maintains website access and error logs to support website operation and troubleshooting. These logs may contain technical information about requests made to the website.
According to DreamHost’s published documentation, DreamHost retains HTTP logs for seven days by default. This default period does not apply to customer emails or inquiry records.
Retention of Inquiry Information
We retain inquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and complete related business follow-up.
However, we may need to keep information connected with an order or a legal obligation longer. We delete information we no longer need.
Cookies and Technical Information
For example, WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administrator login. In addition, website infrastructure may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Requests About Your Information
You can contact sale@rdautolight.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have provided.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. However, we may need to retain some records where applicable law requires it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. You can find the current version on this page.
